Improving lives and transforming futures through impactful communications.
Since Perceptive launched in 2006, we’ve supported a range of charities on a pro-bono basis to help them achieve their goals.
Over the years we’ve worked with Action for Children, Glasgow Children’s Hospital Charity, Simpsons Special Care Babies and Simon Community Scotland to deliver profile raising support to communicate their life-changing work.
We have most recently supported Cancer Card, a one-stop shop of support services to help anyone impacted by a cancer diagnosis. Founded by Jen Hardy MBE, who is living with terminal cancer, Cancer Card was born out of the challenges she faced herself in accessing support services.
Hear from Jen herself about the impact our support has had on the charity.
The Perceptive Communicators’ Improving Lives programme offers up to 10 days of communications support to a selected charity partner over a 12 month period.
During this time we can help you to meet some specific communications objectives or address any challenges you may be facing.
A new approach for 2025
We have a clearly defined mission to support initiatives and organisations that improve lives and transform futures. As such, the improving lives initiative is designed for charities focused on alleviating child poverty, tackling homelessness, encouraging women into work, and improving health outcomes.
The initiative will take a new approach for 2025 as our expert team will deliver online training sessions across a range of communications topics, including social media, public relations and public affairs, equipping charities with essential skills to amplify their impact.
