Hayley Crockett, Account Director

I joined Perceptive Communicators in July 2024.

I bring more than ten years’ agency experience, delivering PR strategies and integrated communications to drive results and impact for a range of public and private sector organisations.

I was attracted by Perceptive’s clear purpose to support clients who improve lives and transform futures, and it’s fantastic to play a key role in delivering that ambition.

As an avid social butterfly, I love to network and I’m currently on the CIPR Scotland Committee.

I was previously Vice Chair for CIPR Scotland Future Leaders Forum where I delivered student engagement initiatives and supported event management for young practitioner training and networking opportunities. I’m proud to also be part of Senior Women in Science and Female Leaders in Construction, both networks championed by Perceptive exist to inspire and empower women working across the science and built environment sectors.

Outside of work you’ll find me playing netball, brunching in the Southside, socialising with friends and family or walking my cocker spaniel Huxley.
