Campion Homes begins work on over 120 new affordable homes across Dunfermline and Inverkeithing

Campion Homes has officially begun construction on three major affordable housing developments in Dunfermline and Inverkeithing, marking a significant step forward in Fife Council’s commitment to delivering high-quality homes across the region.
The sites, Evershed Drive and Elgin Street in Dunfermline, and Fraser Avenue Phase 3 in Inverkeithing, will collectively deliver 128 new homes, including specialist sheltered housing, family homes and accessible bungalows. Each development has been carefully designed to meet local needs, enhance community wellbeing and support Scotland’s wider housing targets.
The three sites reflect a diverse mix of housing typologies and planning approaches:
Evershed Drive (Dunfermline) will deliver 40 sheltered flats with communal amenities, air source heating and EV charging, tailored to meet the needs of older residents and wheelchair users
Elgin Street (Dunfermline) will see 44 affordable homes built on a former brownfield site, offering a mews-style development with strong urban connectivity and access to local amenities
Fraser Avenue (Inverkeithing) Phase 3 completes a transformational regeneration masterplan, replacing outdated housing with 44 modern, energy-efficient homes designed around community input and safe, walkable streets.
