Communications consultancy Perceptive Communicators wins at Herald Property Awards

Glasgow-based communications consultancy Perceptive Communicators has been recognised as Property Team of the Year for the second time at The Herald Property Awards for Scotland 2022 in Glasgow.

Perceptive won the same award in 2018. The category rewards an outstanding sales, marketing, construction or management team within the property industry, with the judges looking for evidence on how the team has distinguished itself from the competition and how their efforts have contributed to the overall company’s success. The win follows Perceptive being named Associate Member of the Year by industry body, Homes for Scotland in May.

Perceptive clients BDP and hub South West also secured awards at The Herald Property Awards. BDP triumphed in the Best Regeneration Project Commercial category winning two awards in this category. They received both the commendation and winner awards for their work on the redevelopment of Glasgow Queen Street and the University of Strathclyde’s Learning and Teaching Building respectively.

Perceptive client hub South West was also given a commendation in the Best Regeneration Project – Residential category for their project work on Whitlawburn Regeneration, while client Cruden was a finalist for the Development of the Year award and Briar Homes on the final shortlist for Best Small Family Home.

Julie Moulsdale, Managing Director at Perceptive Communicators, said

“These awards showcase excellence in the property market. Our unique approach of specialising in just three sectors allows us deeper insight and greater connections.. Thanks to the judges for the recognition and highlighting our in-depth knowledge which is apparently unparalleled in the industry.

“We are very pleased for our clients hub South West, BDP, Briar Homes and Cruden whose work was also recognised by the judges. We are very privileged to provide communications support to all of our clients who are improving lives and transforming futures every day.”
